Approval from the credit card company used will be obtained by ipopin.com at the time of each transaction before download is approved. Billing to your credit card occurs at the time of purchase. We are unable to accept credit cards issued outside of the United States.

Popular Inspirations, Ltd. dba ipop-Ins is located in the state of Ohio. All purchases by residents of Ohio will include sales tax based on the bill-to-address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time of each download.
